2. How to terminate a contract at Balboa

Step 1: Login into your Mindbody account with your username and password.

Step 2: On your profile page „My Info”, click on the section „Account”.

Step 3: Scroll down to the section „Autopays“, you find your contract there. By clicking the link „terminate“, you can terminate your contract according to the terms.
