Balboa Runs
Programme:
- Two coached runs during the week: Tuesday and Friday at 07:00
- Long unguided runs on Sunday morning
- Balboa trail runs once a month
- A big community run takes place every four weeks: First 5 July!
- Training takes place outside only (Sihlhölzli/Allmend/Lake).
- Cost: 480 CHF

Time schedule
- Start: Tuesday, 30 June, 07:00
- General times: Classes on Tuesdays and Fridays at 07:00. Sunday community runs from 09:30 to 11:00.
