This workshop is not about following rigid 'cycle syncing' rules, the science isn’t there yet. Instead, it’s about building the foundational knowledge every woman deserves to have about her body, her hormones, and how they can influence performance and wellbeing.

Led by Sandra Mikhail, founder of Nutrition A-Z and co-founder of HER, alongside Balboa coach Andrea Nigg this workshop blends evidence with practice to help you approach training and nutrition with more body awareness, not one-size-fits-all hacks.

We’ll explore the connection between hormones, performance, and nourishment, giving you tools to work with your cycle, not against it.

  • Nutrition Foundations: Understand how to support your body with balanced nutrition managing cravings, sustaining energy, and fuelling recovery.
  • Training Insights: Explore the 7 movement patterns that are foundational for a balanced and strong female body and learn how to adapt them to your cycle without pushing through burnout.
  • Whether you're a seasoned athlete, a casual mover, or simply curious about your cycle, this workshop offers practical insights you can take with you on and off the mat.
