STRONGER ADVANCED
The STRONGER ADVANCED program is a small-group training program designed to develop squat, deadlift and bench press techniques. During this time, the focus will be on improving technique, building strength and boosting confidence. In addition, dedicated secondary exercises will complement these main lifts to create a well-rounded training plan.
Coach Tom will actively and safely guide you through this process and be on hand to support you in a way that would not be possible in a regular class.
You will communicate with Tom and track your progress through a dedicated training app to keep you accountable and on track!
Here are the program details:
- Coach: Tom Novak
- Maximum participants: 8
- Training starts on 28 July.
- Training frequency: 3 times a week
- Days/times: Monday and Wednesday at 7 am, Friday at 7:30 am
- Duration: Up to 75 minutes
- Location: Balboa Underground, right behind Schanzengraben
- Cost: CHF 890 – special summer price! (24 sessions and support included)
- Subscriptions: Will be suspended for this time.
