Interested in meditation? In this two-hour masterclass, we will return to the roots of yoga, exploring the philosophy and intention behind the practice.

As well as experiencing a variety of postures and breathwork, we will explore different forms of meditation and discover practical ways to incorporate stillness and awareness into daily life. Together, we will discover that yoga offers much more than movement; it is a way of life that can bring clarity, balance and inner freedom.

This session invites you to gain a clearer understanding of why we practise in a certain way and how this knowledge can transform your experience on the mat — and perhaps offer insights or qualities you can carry into daily life.
