About the class

This workout is made up of two different worlds. The first part is a classic upper and lower body strength workout. The second part is pure high intensity.

Biography

Iryna's coaching journey began over 10 years ago in Ukraine, starting with a professional background in ballet. That foundation led into fitness, where she discovered her passion for weightlifting and CrossFit. Now she works as a strength coach and a flexibility & mobility coach, helping people build strength while improving the way their body moves and feels. She works with both everyday clients and professional athletes, supporting performance, recovery, and long-term health.
