FLOW Week Vol. 4 with Balboa at SCHLOSS Zermatt is centred around the theme 'Make strength training your ally' and is created in collaboration with Balboa.

The idea behind this FLOW Week is that strength training is more than just a workout; it lays the foundation for long-term health, resilience, and performance. Set in Zermatt's alpine environment, Balboa combines its expertise in structured group training with outdoor movement and recovery-focused elements.

Throughout the week, the programme will focus on progressive weight training, guided sessions, and shared training experiences. Education around nutrition, recovery and longevity puts training into a wider context, showing how strength can support everyday life and sustainable well-being.
